When hiking, our temperatures can change 40 degrees within 30 minutes so hikers need to be prepared for all weather conditions. We recommend bringing rain ponchos, umbrellas and packing thermal light weight clothing. Undergarments made of silk are the best. Wool socks or moisture wicking socks also serve many purposes. Bandannas to cover the back of one’s neck or use for adding water to put over one’s head in extreme heat to reduce body temperature is vital when someone experiences heat exhaustion.  Click here to learn about signs of heat exhaustion.

Guest Reviews

Linda and Will, we want to thank you for the fabulous hospitality and wonderful accommodations. We enjoyed the birds, deer and of course your loving dog, Sadie. The breakfasts were scrumptious. We will never forget our stay in Utah. We wish we could have stayed longer. Thanks again. ;-)

We had an amazing experience and the time we spent with Will and Londa at Aspen Hollow Bed and Breakfast in Long Junction Valley, Utah was beyond anything we have experienced in our travels. Attention to detail, help navigating activities and raising the bar on breakfast... were just a few of the highlights... from fingernail clippers to rain ponchos... they had more than everything we needed... and we left refreshed and satisfied... what an amazing trip...and they are located perfectly to enjoy all the attractions the area has to offer...

Aspen Hollow was the perfect place to acclimate to high elevation prior to a week-long loaded bike tour that included Zion NP, Bryce NP, and Cedar Breaks NM. We had the studio suite over the garage. It was quiet, clean, and spacious and the bed was super comfortable (included a temperpedic-like topper). I felt like I was sleeping in my own! The breakfast was delicious and the hosts were gracious. We loved watching the deer and birds that frequented the grounds. We definitely recommend it to others and wouldn't hesitate to stay here again. Thank you, Londa and Will!

Will and Londa are the reason why I will always choose a Bed and Breakfast over a hotel. The rooms are immaculate and their company is great fun! We stayed 4 nights on our visit to Zion and Bryce Canyon National Parks. Driving distance to each was approximately 1 hour. Each morning Will would send us off with a delicious breakfast that fueled us for our day hikes. Coming back each night was like returning home - relaxing on the deck with good friends (and humming birds). We will be returning to stay with Will and Londa when we go back.
